All sales are final. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make exceptions once the order is placed. 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@xans.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

 If approved, the return must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are  not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.

SHIPPING PROVIDER POLICY

We are not responsible for any shipping issues caused by the shipping carrier. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our control.

• Invalid or Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or invalid address is provided, we cannot intervene or redirect the package.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: If a package is lost or delayed due to the shipping carrier, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for further assistance. We do not cover replacements or refunds for lost shipments.
• Delivery Issues: If tracking shows a package as "delivered" but the customer has not received it, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds. Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office for further assistance.
